There may be issues with LanSchool installs on student devices. Teachers may submit a ticket with device information for affected students. The management client on some student devices may be having issues due to being off the network for more than 6 months. Users may encounter trust relationship errors. Once device is back at school, staff can put in a help ticket with device information.
